- Lucky Dip's are a sale item and are therefore non refundable and cannot be swapped/exchanged/returned.
- Jewellery in the Lucky Dip machine includes a mix of necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets & anklets in silver, gold or black. If you'd prefer to choose your metal colour, our Mystery Boxes may be a better option for you!
- All rings in the Lucky Dip machine are adjustable or a size medium as this is the most universal size. Unfortunately the size is non negotiable so we recommend gifting, or wearing the ring on a chain if it doesn't fit (our Classic Necklace is perfect for this).
- When ordering 2/3 Product Lucky Dips, we will ensure all products in your Lucky Dip bundle are different, meaning we'll honour re-spins on our machine if the same item comes out again. If you order multiple 2/3 Product Lucky Dip's, these are treated as separate orders and therefore may mean you receive duplicate items.
- Some of the items in the Lucky Dip machine are exclusive to the machine and cannot be bought outright from the website.
- If your order is placed when we're not on TikTok Live, your Lucky Dip won't be drawn live and the products will be sent to you as a complete surprise.
