Introducing Love From JXY's 'Get What You Get' machine!
Those of you who have been around for a while will remember our infamous Lucky Dip machine, which after many years of love and discounts, we sadly made redundant in 2024. With natural changes happening with the business, it no longer made sense for us to have high focus on our jewellery items...
To reintroduce that interactive element to our TikTok Lives, we have created Get What You Get... For just £5 a spin, the machine will decide your prize with a colour coded ball. Each colour represents a category and deciphers what you get - it's that simple!
We like to mix things up from time to time, so our colour codes regularly change, but an example of prizes include our best selling socks, colouring books, phone accessories, hair accessories and jewellery. 'Get What You Get' orders will be drawn live on TikTok, where you will also be able to see the colour codes for that particular live stream.
Terms & Conditions:
- 'Get What You Get' (GWYG) orders are mystery/sale items meaning they cannot be cancelled, returned, swapped or refunded.
- You cannot choose or request particular prizes as that defeats the point of the machine!

Any variant prizes in the machine - EG. necklaces - are chosen at random and you cannot request a particular style/colour.
- There is no limit to how many GWYG orders you place. Ultimately the more you order, the more you're likely to save! However, if you order multiple, you may receive dupes as we do not re-spin on GWYG orders.
- Prizes on the GWYG machine will change regularly. Whilst you are able to order at any time, those orders placed when not on TikTok Live will not be drawn on TikTok Live, so hold out for our next stream if you want to see your ball drawn!
- Some items prizes may be exclusive to the machine, including new releases and limited edition items.
- The coloured balls are representative of the prize you receive, and you do not receive the physical ball.
