Orders are dispatched 2-4 working days after it has been placed, and all orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched which includes your tracking information.

All UK orders are a £3.90 flat rate for postage and packaging.
Unfortunately due to new shipping legislations put in place in December 2024, we're no longer able to offer International shipping to all worldwide countries, this includes the EU and Northern Ireland. Please head to our FAQ's for full information on dispatch, shipping and locations we can ship orders to.

Please check the product description for all sizes, lengths and materials of each product. All our necklaces are different lengths so this is stated in the description. We sell extenders if you want to alter the length of your necklaces, bracelets or anklets.

Some rings are adjustable meaning a size is not required. If a size is required, please refer to the below size guide:

Small: UK L / US 6
Medium: UK P / US 8
Large: UK T / US 10
XL: UK X-Y / US 12
