Dispatch & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday), but since we're a small but mighty team (not Amazon with robot arms), we appreciate your patience while we pack your goodies with care.

You'll get a dispatch email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order is on its way—just give it up to 24 hours to strut its stuff and start updating!

Do you ship internationally?

We wish we could sprinkle our goodies across the globe, but thanks to some not-so-fun shipping rule changes in December 2024, we’re currently only able to ship within the UK—excluding Northern Ireland (we’re gutted too).

Fingers crossed we can open our doors to the world again soon! Until then, we’re sending all our love (and parcels) locally.

Can I change the address on my order?

Our shipping labels are whipped up automatically by our system (like magic—but less forgiving), so it’s super important that your address is spot-on at checkout.

If you catch a typo in your confirmation email, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to help—but once it’s been packed and posted, we can’t stop it mid-journey.

If the parcel gets returned to us because of an address mix-up, we’ll happily refund—but sadly, we can’t replace lost items if they vanish into the delivery void. Double-check those deets, friend!

Will pens bleed through the pages of the colouring books?

Great question! We’ve got two types of colouring books, so here’s the lowdown:

✨ Adult Colouring Books

These beauties are printed on lush 170gsm paper, so 90% of pens glide on without a problem. But heads up: they’re double-sided! So please step away from the permanent or alcohol markers—they’re rebels and will absolutely bleed through. Stick with water-based pens and you’ll be golden, and here is a list of tried and tested personal faves!

✨ Cosy Girl Era Book

Same dreamy 170gsm paper, but this one's single-sided (yas!). That means you can break out your alcohol markers if you fancy bold, juicy colour. Just slip a bit of card behind the page you're working on to keep things tidy—your next page will thank you.

My colouring book has come apart, what should I do?

If your book is unused and you spot an issue when it arrives, please reach out to us ASAP so we can make it right. However, once you’ve started using your book, we can’t take responsibility for general wear and tear (like pages falling out after a serious colouring session—those pages do love to get excited).

We’re super proud of our high-quality books, and we partner with a supplier who uses sustainable materials and binds each book with care. That said, sometimes staples get a bit loose or paper can tear, so it’s up to you to give your book some love and keep it in tip-top shape.

When will X be back in stock?

We’re a small business, so restocking can take a little bit of time. Sadly, we can’t give you an exact date on when something will be back, but we promise we’re working our little socks off to get it to you!

If the item is totally MIA from our website, it’s probably been discontinued, and we don’t have plans to bring it back, sorry! But if it’s just "Sold Out" on the site, don’t worry—we’ll restock it as soon as we can!

Returns & Policies

Can I return my order for a refund/exchange?

Exchanges aren’t our thing, but if you want to send something back for a refund, we’re happy to help! Just shoot us an email as soon as you can, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Returns need to be requested within 30 days of your order (so don’t leave it too long!), and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once it’s all good, you can then re-order and grab the item you really want.

We do not accept returns on sale or mystery items.

The product I ordered is damaged, can I have a refund?

If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can sort it out and make things right. We want you to love your purchase!

Just a heads-up: our standard 30-day returns policy means we can’t process any requests after that, so please reach out within that time frame to get the help you need.
